About the role:
- Provide high-level strategic, business, and political advice to the Health Service Chief Executive.
- Lead and manage the Office of the Chief Executive, ensuring efficient operational and governance support.
- Coordinate and oversee strategic projects and diverse work units across the health service.
- Manage complex stakeholder relationships and negotiate outcome-oriented solutions.
- Drive analytical research and problem-solving to address sensitive regional health issues.
- Ensure high-quality communication and documentation for executive-level decision-making.

- You are an expert leader with significant experience in executive management and service delivery.
- You possess strong business and political acumen to navigate sensitive environments.

What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $214,878 p.a. is comprised of:
- A salary between $174,339 - $188,056 p.a.
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
- 17.5% leave loading
