About the role:
- Collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams and with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Shape clinical practices, procedures, and protocols to enhance service delivery along the continuum of care.
- Provide clinical supervision and mentoring to assistants, students, and junior practitioners to maintain high professional standards.
- Implement evidence-based practices and educational materials to drive continuous improvement in clinical service delivery.
- Pursue ongoing professional development and advanced qualifications to enhance clinical expertise and support patient care.
About you:
- Hold qualifications and registration with the appropriate registration authority to practice in any of the following:

- Health Science (or equivalent)
- Nutrition and Dietetics
- Exercise Physiology
- Occupational Therapy
- Pharmacy
- Physiotherapy
- Podiatry
- Psychology
- Social Work
- Speech Pathology
- You hold current AHPRA registration or eligibility for membership with your relevant professional body.
- You are a natural leader committed to the values of Care, Integrity, Respect, and Commitment.
- You have a proven track record of providing clinical supervision and mentoring.
- You possess the advanced communication skills required to navigate complex clinical and team dynamics.
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $157,359 is comprised of:
- An hourly rate between $80.80 - $86.94 p.h. (including 25% casual loading)
- An hourly rate between $64.64 - $69.55 p.h. (temp/perm)
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
- 17.5% leave loading
