What you'll do
As the Systems Support Analyst, you will support you will assist with technical support and troubleshooting and will respond to incidents raised by users. You will be involved with building strong relationships with business stakeholders and colleagues, facilitating system support, and ensuring an integrated solution that meets business needs.
About you
We are searching for someone with:
- Demonstrated effective system analyst experience including maintaining a complex integrated systems solution, in particular the delivery of production processes.
- Proven experience in the formulation, documentation, testing and implementation of work instructions and workarounds that recognise system and business process integration points that are critical in the S/4HANA production.
- Proven effective written and verbal communication skills with experience in developing and maintaining system documentation.
- Experience in the support and maintenance of large-scale SAP S/4HANA solutions. Knowledge and experience with workflow would be highly desirable (the product set for the Queensland Health SAP S/4HANA solution includes SAP and OpenText (VIM).
