Your new role:
This role provides essential administrative and reception support to the Intensive Care Unit, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and high-quality service delivery for patients, visitors and staff.
- Provide front-line reception services, responding to telephone, email and face-to-face enquiries and directing matters appropriately.
- Deliver a broad range of administrative and secretarial support, including data entry, record management, agenda preparation and minute taking.
- Assist with preparation, maintenance and dissemination of Medical Officer rosters, and support payroll submissions and related enquiries.
About you:
You are a highly organised and customer-focused administrator who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work.
- Demonstrated administrative and secretarial experience, with strong knowledge of office procedures and attention to detail.
- Well-developed organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and adapt to changing demands.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to liaise effectively with staff, clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Advanced computer skills, including confidence using Microsoft Word, Excel and electronic record systems, with experience in a healthcare or large organisation highly regarded.
