Your new role:
In this advanced practice position, you will deliver specialised triage, transition and consultancy services while providing clinical leadership across Adult Community Mental Health teams.
- Deliver high-level, independent clinical triage, assessment, treatment planning and consultancy for complex adult mental health presentations
- Lead interprofessional referral pathways and provide responsive clinical advice and brief interventions to referrers and stakeholders
- Provide mentoring, supervision and clinical education to less experienced clinicians and students
About you:
You are an experienced mental health clinician with advanced clinical judgement, strong leadership capability and a passion for improving community mental health outcomes.
- Demonstrated advanced clinical expertise delivering high-quality, patient-centred adult community mental health care
- Excellent communication, collaboration and organisational skills across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
- Proven ability to supervise, mentor and develop staff while supporting safe, sustainable service delivery
- Experience leading service improvement initiatives, clinical governance, research or evidence-based practice development
