What you'll do
You will design, develop, and deliver high-quality learning and development programs that support the Surgery Connect initiative and ensure effective use of the Surgery Connect Access Navigator (SCAN) platform. You will provide training to internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring consistent understanding and application of processes and systems. You will maintain accurate and up-to-date training materials and collaborate closely with the Patient Team Supervisor, Managers, and Director to deliver guidance and support that enable the successful implementation of strategic initiatives and projects across the business unit.
About you
- Whilst not mandatory, a Certificate IV in Training and Education (TAE) or other education qualification would be highly desirable.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of medical terminology used to deliver patient centred activities would be highly regarded.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with database utilisation and patient management systems.
- Experience, skills and knowledge of departmental financial and administrative processes, with a proven ability to actively participate in business improvement initiatives that deliver more efficient work practices.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage a range of activities and projects with conflicting timeframes.
