Your new role:
Join our specialised Stomal Therapy and Wound Management service and provide advanced, autonomous clinical leadership delivering expert care to patients with complex stoma and wound needs
- Deliver advanced assessment, planning and coordination of complex stomal therapy and wound care across inpatient and outpatient settings
- Practice autonomously while leading clinical decision-making, mentoring staff and coordinating care delivery
- Provide education, clinical facilitation and evidence-based guidance to nursing teams and students
About you:
You are an experienced Registered Nurse with strong specialist knowledge and the confidence to lead care in complex clinical environments
- Proven advanced skills in stomal therapy, pressure injury prevention and complex wound management
- Highly developed critical thinking, problem-solving and care coordination capability
- Strong communicator who builds collaborative relationships and supports team learning
- Committed to professional leadership, continuous improvement and person-centred care
