In this advanced role, you will lead the delivery of quality primary health care with a specialized focus on Diabetes. You will be responsible for integrating culturally appropriate practices under the Torres Model of Care, ensuring that clinical excellence and community needs are perfectly aligned.

Identified Role: Under Section 25 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991 (Qld), it is a genuine occupational requirement for the incumbent to be Indigenous to the Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander Community.
