About the Team
The Digital Engagement Team provides operational and strategic support to CHQ's digital platforms, ensuring accessible, engaging, and user-focused experiences for children, families, staff, and the wider community. The team works closely with internal stakeholders to implement CHQ's digital priorities and promote a “digital-first” culture across the organisation.
About the Role
The position of Digital Engagement Officer will:
Support the Digital Engagement Team in delivering high-quality, accessible, and user-focused digital engagement across CHQ's digital channels, including websites, intranet, and patient- and family-facing digital applications and platforms. This role plays a key part in advancing CHQ's Digital and Data Strategy, promoting a “digital-first” approach, and ensuring digital engagement activities are aligned with organisational priorities, stakeholder needs, and user experience best practice.
The Digital Engagement Officer provides operational support for the creation, publishing, maintenance, and review of digital materials and platforms, translating strategic digital priorities into tangible, practical, and user-centred outcomes. By collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, this role ensures digital material is accurate, accessible, and appropriate for target audiences, helping CHQ deliver meaningful engagement with children, young people, families, staff, and the wider community.
