You will play a pivotal role in enabling effective leadership and decision-making across the Branch.
What you will do
- Provide confidential executive support including diary management, correspondence review, document preparation and records coordination.
- Deliver high-level administrative and business support, including financial processing, travel coordination, procurement and HR activities.
- Manage incoming correspondence, determine priorities, and prepare or review responses on behalf of the Executive Director.
- Maintain effective records management systems and utilise corporate information systems (e.g. finance, HR, document management) to support Branch operations.
About you
We are looking for someone who is a highly organised and proactive executive support professional who thrives in a fast-paced, confidential environment. Additionally, someone who has:
- experience in high-level diary management and executive administrative support.
- strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with senior stakeholders.
- ability to work autonomously, exercise discretion, and manage competing priorities to meet deadlines.
- experience with financial and administrative systems (or the ability to quickly acquire knowledge of systems such as Microsoft Office, S/4HANA, MyHR and Content Manager).
