The Principal Advisor Rostering Establishment and Systems position is responsible for managing the Integrated Workforce Management portfolio (IWFM) including Establishment, Rostering and myHR System administration functions within SCHHS. The role represents SCH when interacting with Corporate Enterprise Solutions (CES) and manages system requirements that directly relate to Rostering, Establishment and Payroll related functionality. This role requires a high level of detailed knowledge relating to the Award and HR Systems arrangements across a range of disciplines, and a thorough understanding of the end-to-end process of employment related activity.
Key responsibilities include:
•Work collaboratively under broad direction of the Executive Director Workforce to manage and lead the myHR System Administration, Roster Support Centre and Establishment functions of the SCHHS.
•Responsible for collaborative governance arrangements and flexible work practices to harness relevant expertise from across the health service, health system and broader departmental teams to ensure the HHS establishment platform is accurately maintained supporting a sustainable and efficient Rostering support function and a team of highly skilled administrators to support the mechanics of the HR Solutions.
•Participate as a key member of the IWFM Leadership team within the SCHHS.
•Lead and promote a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing to develop internal capability and a commitment to managing resources efficiently to ensure ongoing maintenance of a sustainable workforce.
Remuneration value up to $171 568 p.a., comprising salary between $140 115 - $150 371 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO7).
