What you'll do
- Initiate and influence relationships with and between internal and external stakeholders, to proactively manage needs, expectations, mitigate risks and support change.
- Undertake local environmental assessments to determine availability of training facilities and equipment to support the delivery of the required learning sessions to end users.
- Undertake detailed stakeholder and end user analysis and document detailed analysis to ensure local requirements and business imperatives can be accurately and completely communicated.
- Coordinate and schedule the delivery of education and training interventions in collaboration with local Subject Matter Experts and Central IWFM Training Team.
About you
We are searching for someone who has:
- Strong background in the development, implementation, delivery and evaluation of training deliverables.
- Proven ability to conduct detailed learner assessments in alignment with IWFM curriculum and course content.
- Experience in conducting and documenting Training Needs Analysis, learning outcomes/knowledge transfer assessment, scheduling of training courses and completion of training registers.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to effectively liaise consult and negotiate with a diverse range of stakeholders and build positive relationships in an environment of change.
- Proven ability to work in a team environment developing effective working relationships with team members and stakeholders.
