What your day could look like

As a Senior People & Culture Business Partner, you'll help teams deliver great care by backing inclusive leadership and people‑first strategies. From working alongside senior leaders to supporting change that works for real people, you'll be part of a collaborative People and Culture team focused on outcomes that matter; for our people, our patients and our diverse communities.

Every day, you'll contribute by:

  • Partnering with leaders at all levels to coach, support growth and build inclusive, high‑performing teams
  • Driving people initiatives across workforce planning, talent, performance and learning that support current needs and future opportunities
  • Designing practical solutions that strengthen belonging, engagement and retention
  • Collaborating across the People and Culture team, sharing insight and data to deliver clear, timely advice people can trust

Let's talk about you!

You bring capability, care and you value difference. You're thoughtful, agile and grounded, and bring people together, especially through change. You'll feel proud seeing leaders grow, teams thrive and our community benefit from stronger, more connected workplaces. Guided by compassion, integrity and courage, you turn ideas into action and build relationships that last.

What will help you shine in this role:

  • Experience in HR business partnering, delivering strategic and operational outcomes in complex environments
  • Strength in coaching leaders, supporting change, organisational design and workforce planning or talent initiatives
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with a track record of trusted stakeholder relationships

You'll stand out if you've worked in healthcare or regional settings, and/or hold a tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management (or equivalent).
