About us:
As a Roster Support Officer you will be the assist the Nurse Unit Managers with thier rostering practices, finalising rosters in preparationfor the fortnightly payrun and the processing of staff movement forms, leave forms and the onboarding of new staff to the exisiting roster rotations. Be a part of a tight knit team with a wealth of knowleadge and a fantastic rapport with their line managers.

About your role:
- Provide quality customer focused rostering and workforce management support services (including the planning, creation and maintenance of rosters) to nurse unit/line managers to ensure optimum workforce deployment.
- Establish and maintain a close working relationship with nurse unit/line managers to understand the operating environment and requirements.
- Run and review data validation reports throughout each pay cycle undertaking necessary error corrections within role remit and designated timeframes.
