Client Liaison Officer

Queensland Revenue Office (QRO) is currently recruiting for multiple AO3 Client Liaison Officers. This is your opportunity to be part of an organisation where you can grow and make a difference to the lives of Queenslanders.
This role is in QRO's Fines Contact Centre where we support the administration and management of fines in Queensland through the provision of excellent client service delivery in a telephony environment.

Your typical day as a Client Liaison Officer may include:
• Answering inbound telephone calls about inquiries related to infringement notices.
• Providing helpful, supportive client service via effective questioning, negotiation, and conflict management techniques.
• Assisting members of the public with inquiries related to infringements.
• Analyse, interpret and apply relevant legislation.
• Contributing to team and individual performance goals.
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:
• The ability to deliver exceptional client service through phone, written and on-line channels.
• The ability to analyse, interpret and apply legislation and/or policy or the ability to rapidly require this capability.
• A working knowledge of digital and data technology/systems.
