Your new role:
This autonomous and detail-focused role provides essential administrative and systems support to Perioperative Services, ensuring accurate invoicing, goods receipting and prosthetic management for surgical procedures.
- Confirm prosthetic usage post-surgery and generate purchase orders, invoices and goods receipting in line with consignment agreements and procurement processes.
- Liaise with multidisciplinary stakeholders including Administration, Nursing, Supply, Procurement and Finance teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain stock control processes including barcode scanning, stocktakes, asset register maintenance and imprest list monitoring to ensure clinically critical supplies are available.
About you:
We are seeking a proactive and organised administration professional who takes pride in accuracy, teamwork and delivering high-quality support within a busy perioperative environment.
- Demonstrated experience in data entry, invoice processing, stock management or financial administration with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary hospital environment, building effective professional relationships.
- High-level communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently and courteously across clinical and non-clinical teams.
