Your new role:
This advanced clinical leadership position drives digital transformation, innovation and service improvement across MSAMHS, ensuring safe, high-quality, patient-centred care in a rapidly evolving digital health environment.
- Provide high-level clinical expertise and leadership in digital transformation, clinical safety and quality, and digital systems thinking across addiction and mental health services.
- Partner with clinicians, technical teams and senior stakeholders to embed innovative, evidence-based digital solutions into routine practice.
About you:
You are an experienced and forward-thinking health professional with advanced clinical capability and a passion for digital innovation in mental health and addiction services.
- Demonstrated advanced clinical expertise with the ability to independently apply contemporary, evidence-based knowledge in a digital health context.
- Strong leadership and change management skills, with experience driving innovation and improvement in complex multidisciplinary environments.
- Highly developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to produce high-quality written reports and provide strategic advice.
- Proven capability in analysing, monitoring and reporting on clinical safety, quality outcomes and service performance using data-driven approaches.
