Competitive salary and benefits:

We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.

  • Salary range: $103.80 to $131.61 p.h. (L18 - L27)
  • 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
  • 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
  • Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available

About your opportunity:

To provide a tertiary referral radiation oncology service across North Queensland, in accordance with the standard of the speciality and the ethics of the profession, in particular with respect to quality assurance and best clinical practice.

This is a permanent part-time position, working 64 hours per fortnight.

Requirements:

  • Registered or eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Queensland as a Specialist in Radiation Oncology.
  • The successful applicant should hold a Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologist or a registrable equivalent. Those eligible for Fellowship within the next 12 months will also be considered.
  • This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
  • Probation period may apply.
  • Pre-employment checks will be conducted.
