What you'll do
In this role you will coordinate and administer the change management process, ensuring changes are clearly defined, approved and communicated to stakeholders. You will monitor and manage implemented changes, including root cause analysis and issue resolution. You will provide expert advice to stakeholders to ensure compliance with Queensland Health standards. You will deliver training and support on change processes, and contribute to continuous improvement through review of practices and recommendations.
About you
We are searching for someone who has:
- Demonstrated ability or the ability to quickly learn ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) processes based on the ITIL framework, primarily change / release / configuration management (SFIA: CHMG Level 4; RELM Level 3)
- Demonstrated ability or the ability to quickly acquire knowledge of deploying and integrating new digital capabilities through proper change implementation, planning and management (SFIA: CIPM 5)
- Well-developed interpersonal, consultation, negotiation and communications skills including the ability to influence a wide range of key stakeholders (NHS: Effective and strategic influencing)
- Proven analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills and an ability to coordinate multiple tasks within agreed priorities, timeframes and accountabilities (NHS: Effective and strategic influencing)
- Ability to meet service delivery targets by performing multiple tasks within agreed priorities, time frames and accountabilities (NHS: Drive for Results)
- Ability to work autonomously and as a member of a team to achieve agreed outcomes (NHS: Collaborative Working)
