Metro South Health is seeking a Team Leader – Adult Wellbeing (HP5) to provide operational management and advanced clinical leadership within the Logan Adult Wellbeing Team. Based at Logan Central Addiction and Mental Health Centre, this permanent full-time role supports the delivery of recovery-focused, evidence-based mental health services for consumers experiencing depression, anxiety and complex presentations.

Your new role:
n this leadership role, you will manage and support an interprofessional team delivering short-term therapeutic mental health interventions. You will provide advanced clinical guidance, oversee service performance and contribute to innovative models of care within community mental health services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a multidisciplinary team delivering community mental health services
- Providing advanced clinical leadership and decision-making support
- Managing workforce planning, service delivery and operational priorities
- Driving service development, research and quality improvement initiatives
- Building collaborative partnerships across the mental health service network
About you:
You are an experienced allied health professional with strong leadership capability and a commitment to high-quality mental health care. You bring advanced clinical expertise and the ability to guide teams delivering recovery-focused services.
You will bring:
- Eligibility for registration with a relevant allied health professional board
- Advanced experience within mental health or addiction services
- Demonstrated leadership in multidisciplinary clinical environments
- Strong skills in service planning, workforce management and governance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capability
