Quality Safety and Risk Administrator

Work closely with clinical teams to ensure safe and effective person-centred care, working “elbow to elbow” to strengthen systems and foster a culture of quality and safety. Play a pivotal role in helping to keep the ball rolling by providing high-level clerical support, reporting, agendas and corresponding with key players across the health service, with exceptional communication skills and a knack for adapting to an evolving landscape of priorities.

About the role:
Deliver top-notch, all-round administrative support that keeps the wheels turning within the Clinical Governance Quality and Safety Division and right across Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service. From behind-the-scenes coordination to keeping the details sharp and on track, this role helps everything run smoothly so our teams can focus on delivering safe, high-quality care.
About you:
- Demonstrated ability to work within a team and adapt to a changing work environment.
- Demonstrated ability to establish work priorities to meet deadlines without the need for direct supervision.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, including the possession of tact, diplomacy, discretion and excellent customer service in dealing with staff and the public.
- Well-developed problem solving, consultation, and negotiation skills.
- Competent in the use of contemporary word processing, spread sheeting, database and other information systems ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $100,585 p.a. is comprised of:
- An hourly rate between $39.98 – $44.46 p.h.
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
- 17.5% leave loading
Fixed Term Temporary Full Time
Total monthly remuneration value of up to $8,382 p.m. is comprised of:
- An hourly rate between $39.98 – $44.46 p.h.
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
- 17.5% leave loading
