We are seeking an experienced Business and Operations Manager to support the efficient delivery of Oral Health Services across TCHHS. This role provides high‑level financial and operational guidance, oversees procurement and budgeting, and drives performance improvements. You will lead the Oral Health administration team to ensure strong customer service, streamlined processes, effective HR support and quality staff training. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in business performance, people leadership and HR, with the ability to enhance resource management and maintain budget integrity.
