  • Salary range: $64.64 to $69.55 p.a. (Classification)
  • 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
  • 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
  • Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available

About your opportunity

The key objectives of the Allied Health - Clinical Research Coordinator (Rural Hand Therapy-Telehealth) position are to provide high level Occupational therapy intervention in hand therapy, gather high quality clinical research data and maintain optimum health care to participants at the standard of practice, in accordance with the National Health Medical and Research Council (NHMRC), Good Clinical Practice Guidelines (GCP) and the International Committee of Harmonisation (ICH).

Requirements:

Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration

  • The successful applicant must hold a tertiary degree (or equivalent) qualification in Occupational Therapy (Health Practitioner) discipline recognised by Queensland Health; and as applicable.
    • be registered/provisionally registered with the relevant national registration board, or
    • be accredited with the relevant professional association, or
    • be eligible for membership with the relevant professional association.
  • Good Clinical Practice (GCP) Certificate or willingness to acquire within 1 month of commencement.
  • Research interest or experience in patients with acute hand trauma.
  • This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
