About the role:
- Lead audit and quality improvement initiatives applying evidence-based practice and quality frameworks.
- Analyse complex clinical and operational data to identify emerging risks and drive continuous improvement.
- Engage effectively with patients and the healthcare team to explain clinical governance information.
- Prepare accurate high-level documentation and reports for diverse stakeholders.
- Contribute to education activities and the capability development of the multidisciplinary team.
About you:
- You are a qualified Allied Health Practitioner with registration through your appropriate authority (AHPRA, AASW, etc).
- You have a high-level understanding of relevant standards and clinical governance processes.
- You possess strong analytical skills and the ability to develop flexible solutions for complex issues.
- You are a collaborative leader who can influence practice and support a culture of safety.
- You demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder engagement.
- You are dedicated to ongoing professional learning and supporting the development of colleagues.
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $157,359 p.a. is comprised of:
- A salary between $128,169 - $137,918 p.a.
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
- 17.5% leave loading
