About the role:

  • Provide clinical leadership and professional advice on patient safety and quality improvement.
  • Coordinate portfolios related to clinical governance and ensure alignment with organisational priorities.
  • Identify inconsistencies between policy and practice and lead the implementation of clinical innovations.
  • Act as a role model and educational resource for staff, including orientation and capacity building.
  • Participate in clinical audits and research to achieve agreed care outcomes for our consumers.

About you:

  • You are a Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
  • You have a proven ability to lead and work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • You demonstrate high-level communication skills to prepare accurate reports and engage stakeholders.
  • You are proactive in achieving best practice outcomes and identifying opportunities for service improvement.
  • You possess a strong commitment to your own professional development and the support of undergraduate students.

What we offer:

Total remuneration value of up to $135,857 p.a. is comprised of:

  • A salary between $111,198 - $119,072 p.a.
  • 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
  • 17.5% leave loading
