Are you an experienced Employment Relations professional looking to make a meaningful impact in healthcare? Hervey Bay Hospital is seeking a dedicated Senior Employment Relations Advisor to join our dynamic Employment Relations team. As a Senior Employment Relations Advisor, you will play a key role in managing and fostering positive employment relations within the hospital. You will provide expert advice and support to managers and employees, lead complex workplace investigations, negotiate employment agreements, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.

 Your opportunity:

  • To coordinate and manage a range of employment relations issues and projects and provide advice, coaching and support to line managers and staff on policy matters, industrial relations issues, legislative requirements and support the resolution of workplace issues.

Temporary Part Time (45.6 hours p.f.) from date of appointment for up to 6 months with the possibility of extension

Our offer:

You will receive competitive salary rates between $63.04 - $67.53 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO6) (Temporary Part Time, 45.6 hours p.f.,from date of appointment for up to 6 months with the possibility of extension).
