Your opportunity:
- To deliver high level Physiotherapy clinical services and professional expertise within the Integrated Care Rehabilitation Service which includes the Community Rehabilitation, Transition Care, Chronic Disease Management and Hospital in the Home. The service is centre and/or home based.
- Work autonomously within the interdisciplinary Integrated Care Rehabilitation Team to manage, coordinate and provide optimal, responsive and flexible Physiotherapy services in acute and community settings.
Temporary Full Time (76 hours p.f.) or Temporary Part Time Positions (hours negotiable) from date of appointment until 31st May 2026 with the possibility of extesion.

Our offer:
You will receive a competitive salary between $4,912.70 - $5,286.40 p.f. (f/t) or $64.64 - $69.56 p.h. (p/t) , employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP4) (Temporary Full Time, 76 hours p.f., or Temporary Part Time Positions, hours negotiable, from date of appointment until 31st May 2026 with the possibility of extesion) (Applications will remain current for duration of the vacancy).
