Your new role:
In this senior clinical position, you will deliver high-quality speech pathology services within a multidisciplinary youth mental health team supporting young people across the Headspace Inreach program.
- Provide evidence-based speech pathology assessment, intervention and evaluation for young people within an interprofessional team.
- Deliver individual, co-therapy and group interventions while supporting young people experiencing complex mental health concerns.
- Contribute to service development, quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based clinical practice.
- Provide supervision, guidance and clinical education to junior clinicians, students and allied health assistants.
About you:
We are looking for an experienced and collaborative Speech Pathologist who is passionate about improving outcomes for young people and contributing to innovative mental health services.
- Demonstrated expertise delivering speech pathology services in complex clinical environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, apply sound clinical judgement and work with a high level of autonomy.
- Experience providing supervision, training and support to clinicians, students or support staff.
