An exciting opportunity is available for a Staff Specialist (Gastroenterologist) to join the Department of Internal Medicine across Hervey Bay and Maryborough Hospitals. This role provides high-quality specialist gastroenterology services within a regional health service, delivering inpatient, outpatient and procedural care, including endoscopy services. The position contributes to the development of a contemporary, patient-centred gastroenterology service supporting the growing Fraser Coast community.

- Provide high-quality, expert clinical services in Gastroenterology across Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service, Fraser Coast.
Opportunity for Private Practice:
- The successful candidate may have the opportunity to participate in private practice arrangements at St Stephens Private Hospital, Hervey Bay. This provides the ability to complement public sector clinical work with private inpatient and outpatient services within a modern, well-equipped private facility located in close proximity to the public hospital.
