Your new role:
In this role, you will deliver high-quality physiotherapy services within a hospital setting, supporting patient recovery and wellbeing through evidence-based clinical care and collaborative practice.
- Deliver comprehensive physiotherapy services including clinical assessment, treatment, patient education, and discharge planning as part of an interprofessional healthcare team.
- Manage an allocated caseload, applying clinical judgement and evidence-based practice while maintaining accurate patient records and service documentation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, patients, and their families to achieve patient-centred outcomes and effective care planning.
- Contribute to clinical education, quality improvement initiatives, and service development while supporting students, assistants, and less experienced staff.
About you:
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate physiotherapist who is committed to delivering safe, high-quality patient care and contributing positively to a collaborative clinical environment.
- Qualified Physiotherapist with current registration with AHPRA and a recognised tertiary degree in Physiotherapy.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a clinical caseload, apply sound clinical judgement, and deliver evidence-based physiotherapy care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

The Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Hospital (QEII) is a medium metropolitan adult facility providing a range of inpatient and outpatient services including a 24-hour Emergency Department. We provide a range of services, including surgery, cardiology, endoscopy, orthopaedics, gynaecology, urology, geriatric, respiratory and emergency medicine.
We're making our hospital bigger and better to make it easier for our growing community to get the health care they need. We'll have more beds, medical wards and expanded intensive care and emergency services planned to be opened by 2027.
