About the role
Deliver advanced level physiotherapy clinical services, professional leadership / coordination and quality improvement across vestibular services of The Prince Charles Hospital. The role will provide support and mentorship for staff working with complex vestibular patients. The role also supports service provision to the stakeholders/customers of the Prince Charles Hospital, Metro North Health (MNH) and Queensland Health.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Utilise a strong clinical background in all core areas of physiotherapy and an advanced level of clinical knowledge skill, expertise and compassion in vestibular physiotherapy.
- Provide advanced level clinical advice to professional and operational supervisors, relevant service managers and other stakeholders regarding service delivery and models of care.
- Lead high quality service improvement initiatives and actively contribute to the identification, development, implementation and evaluation of research and service improvement activities within the physiotherapy and clinical program.
