The Nurse Practitioner Chronic Disease - Diabetes role is part of a supportive, friendly team leading the planning, coordination and delivery of Diabetes Services across the Torres and Cape HHS Northern Sector, guided by NMBA Registered Nurse Standards. As an AHPRA‑endorsed practitioner, they'll work autonomously within clinical, policy and regulatory frameworks while collaborating with leaders, Medical Officers and Endocrinologists. The role brings advanced expertise and innovation in diabetes care under specialist guidance.
