About the role
You will play a vital part in supporting day‑to‑day operations and contributing to the delivery of safe, high‑quality healthcare services. Working both autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, you'll provide reliable administrative support across data management, coordination, communication, and office management. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference within a remote community and support health teams and clinicians in delivering exceptional care.
- Delivering confidential, high-level administrative support, including data entry, meeting preparation, minute taking, briefs and correspondence.
- Managing office operations such as procurement, invoicing in S4HANA, equipment coordination and recruitment-related administrative tasks.
- Acting as a central point of contact for communication and supporting quality systems, audits, reporting and record management.

Requirements
- C Class Motor Vehicle Licence.
- Pre-employment screening will be conducted for the successful applicant, including Criminal History checks.
- This is a VPD risk role and may require evidence of vaccination or immunity to: Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis, and Tuberculosis.
- A period of probation may apply.
