Your new role:

As the Administration Coordinator – Outpatient Services, you will lead and coordinate a diverse administrative team to ensure efficient, high-quality support for key outpatient and procedural services.

  • Working closely with clinical leaders and stakeholders, you will drive operational performance, data integrity, and continuous improvement across administration services.
  • Lead and manage multiple administrative teams across Specialist Outpatients, Endoscopy, Cardiac, Allied Health, Elective Surgery Admissions and Urodynamics, including recruitment, rostering and workforce planning.
  • Ensure efficient administrative operations, including referral processing, bookings, waitlist management, clinic utilisation and compliance with reporting requirements.

About you:

We are seeking a proactive and capable leader who can balance operational priorities with strong people management and stakeholder engagement to support a high-performing administration service.

  • Demonstrated experience managing administrative teams, including recruitment, performance management, rostering and staff development.
  • Strong ability to work autonomously, solve problems, and identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and service outcomes.
  • Experience working with health information systems and managing data quality, reporting and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
