What your day could look like
As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a vital role in delivering high‑quality, evidence‑based care across our hospital, working alongside a multidisciplinary team to support patients, families and colleagues when it matters most.
Every day, you'll contribute by:
- Leading comprehensive assessments and care plans that lift patient outcomes.
- Partnering with doctors and allied health to coordinate safe, timely care.
- Guiding and supporting ENs/AINs through effective delegation and mentoring.
- Driving quality, safety and flow- contributing to audits, improvements and, at times, shift coordination.

- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse and recent acute clinical practice.
- Skilled communicator who collaborates across disciplines and with consumers.
- Sound knowledge of clinical governance and national safety standards.
- Confidence to mentor others and delegate within scope to deliver safe care.
You'll stand out with regional or rural experience and/or postgraduate study relevant to your practice.
