About the Role
You will work with diverse teams across Children's Health Queensland and cross-sector partner agencies to host a portfolio of ECHO® Networks, each a platform for strengthening statewide capability and ultimately delivering improved health outcomes for children and young people, closer to home.
Working within the Strategy and Impact team at Children's Health Queensland, you will integrate the capability building function of ECHO® Networks across work programs that influence current and future statewide paediatric and adolescent health services including Health Service Planning and Evaluation and Impact.
How you will contribute to CHQ
In this role you will deliver quality outcomes for children, young people and families (Leader of Self) in accordance with the Children's Health Queensland Leadership Excellence Framework and the Queensland Public Service and the CHQ values. Your contribution will include:
Network Coordination
- Develop and sustain a portfolio of ECHO® Networks within the Queensland Child and Youth Project ECHO® Hub that target priority populations and health needs.
- Partner with subject matter experts in network planning, promotion, delivery, engagement, quality improvement, fidelity assurance and evaluation.
- Cultivate strong relationships with statewide participants and subject matter expert panel members to drive active engagement, and strengthen the interprofessional and inter-agency connections necessary for ECHO® Networks to mature as virtual communities of practice.
