Provides high-level executive coordination, guidance, and support in a fast-paced, confidential environment.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

• Coordinate and manage the workflow of executive correspondence, briefs and requests across Community and Oral Health on behalf of the Executive Director, in line with agreed priorities and timeframes.
• Investigate, analyse and interpret complex information to support informed decision-making within the office of the Executive Director, including monitoring key issues and following up actions.
• Maintain effective and professional working relationships with the Metro North Health Chief Executive's Office, Chief Operating Officer's Office, senior executives, and internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare minutes and agendas, ensuring a high level of accuracy, quality and consistency in all administrative and executive documentation produced within the office of the Executive Director.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence using approved electronic records management systems, including Content Manager, ensuring compliance with record-keeping requirements.
