We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Nurse – Loan Set Coordinator to join our Perioperative Services team at Redcliffe Hospital. This senior clinical role provides expert perioperative leadership in the coordination, booking and management of loan instrument sets, implantable medical devices and specialist equipment required for elective surgery.

About the role
As the Clinical Nurse – Loan Set Coordinator, you will practice autonomously and provide advanced clinical leadership within the Central Sterilising Department and Perioperative Services. The role applies contemporary, evidence‑based perioperative principles to ensure loan sets and implantable devices are accurately coordinated, compliant and available to support surgical activity.
Working closely with the Nurse Unit Manager and multidisciplinary teams, you will provide guidance to Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and non‑registered staff in complex clinical situations. You will also lead portfolios in quality assurance, monitoring, training and education, supporting safe practice, continuous quality improvement and optimal patient outcomes.
