We're excited to welcome a Clinical Nurse or Allied Health ieMR Adoption Coach MultiD to Digital Health System Support Unit.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Providing supervision, coordination and leadership to effectively assess, plan, manage and evaluate patient outcomes in relation to ieMR and clinical systems at an advanced practitioner level.
  • Using evidence based clinical practice that maintains patient safety.
  • Facilitating accurate and timely communication to drive effective multidisciplinary team functioning.
  • Building knowledge and experience in key aspects of the ieMR solution across SCHHS such as PowerChart: PowerForms, PowerPlans, iView, Patient Lists, CareCompass, Mpages, Provide leadership and nursing expertise to help achieve Digital Health Systems Support specific and organisational goals, key performance indicators and relevant standards.
  • Ongoing maintenance and updating of ieMR Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), Business Rules and other supporting documentation.
  • Provide education to end users improving the uptake and adoption of the ieMR.
  • Provide high level communication and interpersonal skills to establish relationships with key stakeholders to design and deploy engagement strategies and activities to build and embed a sustainable business continuity model that supports SCHHS facilities.
  • Build and maintains strong relationships, demonstrates open communication and facilitates a positive environment with interdisciplinary team, ensuring the successful adoption of the ieMR.

Remuneration value up to $141, 623 p.a, comprising salary rates $56.08 - $69.55 p.h., (part time, 64.8 hrs p.f.), employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (NG6 (1) or HP4).
