- Salary range: $128,169 to $137,918 p.a. (HP4)

About your opportunity
As part of the Early Intervention Parenting Clinician Service (EIPC), you'll work within a dynamic multidisciplinary Child, Youth and Family Health team supporting families from pregnancy through to the early years (0–4). This role provides high‑level counselling, parenting programs and psychosocial interventions for families with complex needs, contributing directly to key Queensland child‑health initiatives.
You'll deliver evidence‑based psychology or social work services across universal, enhanced and sustained models of care—through clinic sessions, Telehealth, phone support and home visiting. Interventions include psychoeducation, individual assessment and therapy, and group programs, all delivered within a collaborative partnership approach.
As a senior clinician, you will:
- Provide high‑quality, evidence‑based clinical services within an interprofessional team
- Lead and contribute to service development, quality improvement and clinical education
- Monitor outcomes and participate in research and evaluation activities
- Supervise and support junior clinicians, students and Allied Health Assistants
