As an Advisor, Employment Relations you will participate in the management of a range of allocated workplace relations matters, initiatives and projects including management of enterprise bargaining negotiations and outcomes, dispute resolution and emergent employment and industrial relations issues. You will develop, implement and maintain policy, processes, systems and internal controls to ensure effective and efficient delivery of certified agreement reviews and related projects. Additionally, you will coordinate the timing, budget, financial, and technical aspects of the certified agreement review projects to ensure milestones are achieved in accordance with approved criteria and times.
Role fit
The essential requirements for this role are:
- Demonstrated experience in preparing, monitoring and reporting on program/project budgets and understanding of the pressures and constraints impacting on certified agreement review project timetables.
- Demonstrated ability and experience in identifying and analysing problems, developing and implementing remedial strategies and exercising initiative and responsibility.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and effectively deliver timely, accurate and high-quality work for multiple stakeholders.
