The Administration Officer / Leave Reliever provides a high level of confidential administrative support for the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS). This position is to provide relief (backfill) for short / long term leave of permanent incumbents across various departments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage and organise all aspects of the office requirements including stationery and office equipment orders, equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Identify areas for improvements and recommend/implement enhancements to existing administrative practices.
- Work autonomously, utilising discretion in the absence of decision makers in resolution of conflict, meet deadlines, establish work priorities, organise meetings and appointments.
- Actively participate in maintaining appropriate levels of confidentiality and security of clinical information.
Remuneration value up to $100 585 p.a., comprising salary between $79 272 - $88 158 p.a. (f/t), or salary rates: $39.98 - $44.46 p.h. (p/t), employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO3) (full time or part time position available, hours negotiable).
