What your day could look like
In this role, you'll make a real difference for people needing palliative care by helping them maintain dignity, comfort and connection. You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver thoughtful, evidence‑informed support that enhances quality of life.

- Providing advanced clinical care that supports people to live well throughout their palliative journey.
- Working collaboratively with families, carers and colleagues to guide decisions and improve outcomes.
- Leading service improvements that strengthen how occupational therapy is delivered across the care continuum.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration.
- Strong experience delivering complex clinical care, ideally within palliative or end‑of‑life settings.
- High‑level communication skills and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and situations.
- Confidence leading service improvements and applying evidence‑based practice.
You'll stand out if you have experience in regional health settings and/or additional training in palliative care, leadership or advanced clinical practice.
