As a Nurse Educator – Emergency, you'll help build a confident, capable workforce that delivers safe, compassionate care across our health service. From developing modern education programs to guiding clinical growth, you'll work closely with teams who share a commitment to excellence and connection.

Every day, you'll contribute by:

  • Designing education that strengthens clinical capability and elevates patient outcomes.
  • Guiding and mentoring nursing teams as they navigate complex, fast‑paced care environments.
  • Leading improvements in teaching, simulation, and practice to support evidence‑based care.
  • Driving innovation in learning, quality, and workforce development through collaboration and insight.

Let's Talk About You

You're someone who brings equal measures of expertise, curiosity, and heart to your work. You thrive in dynamic environments, stay grounded in integrity, and naturally uplift others. You're proud of creating learning experiences that build confidence, improve care, and shape a culture where people feel supported to grow. You're here not just to educate—but to inspire.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with relevant clinical experience.
  • Strong capability in developing, delivering, and evaluating education programs.
  • Advanced communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to foster collaboration, guide teams, and support safe, high‑quality care.

You'll stand out if you have experience in emergency nursing education and/or postgraduate qualifications in nursing or clinical education.

Above all, you'll bring compassion, integrity, dignity, innovation and courage—values that shape every interaction across our health service.

In this role, your impact will be felt through the people you guide, the care they deliver, and the culture of learning you help create.
