What your day could look like
As a Pharmacist Team Leader, you'll play a key role in delivering high‑quality, patient‑focused pharmacy services across our health service. From guiding clinical excellence to supporting multidisciplinary teamwork, you'll help ensure our community receives safe, effective and timely care.
Every day, you'll contribute by:
- Leading advanced clinical pharmacy practice that improves patient outcomes across complex care settings
- Providing expert guidance to teams, shaping safe medication practices and strengthening collaborative decision‑making
- Supporting staff development through coaching, supervision and growing advanced‑level capability
- Driving meaningful service improvements, championing innovation and helping to evolve pharmacy practice

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
- Current registration as a pharmacist with the appropriate national regulatory body
- Advanced clinical pharmacy experience, with confidence managing complex caseloads and clinical decision‑making
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, including the ability to mentor, guide and collaborate
- Experience leading or contributing to service improvement, education or quality activities
You'll stand out if you have experience in diverse or multidisciplinary hospital settings and/or postgraduate training in a relevant field.
