The role:
The Principal Benefits Analyst role supports the Manager, Benefits Management to provide a dedicated benefits and value management service to a complex ICT program, governed, managed and reported within the Delivery Services Branch, eHealth Queensland. It will review existing business cases and benefits information. This role will review and finalise benefit artefacts to organisational standards, facilitate agreement with stakeholders, maintain the benefit register and proactively track and report their progress and realisation.

To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing change management and benefits management activities within IM/ICT clinical programs and projects, preferably within the public healthcare industry.
- Applied knowledge of APMG-International's Managing Benefits methodology at a practitioner level, and experience to identify, quantify, analyse, plan, track, realise, and optimise benefits.
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and change management experience working effectively in multi-disciplinary including clinical teams, building productive relationships with team members and stakeholders, and mentoring program and project managers within the Delivery Services Branch.
- Proven skills in consultation, facilitation, and both written and oral communication, tailored for use in a complex ICT project environment.
