We're excited to welcome a Training and Administration Coordinator to Telecommunications and ICT Business Improvement.

The Telecommunications Services team plays a critical role in supporting clinical, support, and patient services through the effective management of telephony systems and connected platforms, including messaging and directories. The Training and Administration Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the team, with a dual focus on coordinating training activities and delivering high-quality administrative support. 

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Design, implement, and maintain structured, on-the-job training programs for switchboard operators aligned with SCHHS policies and Telecommunications standards.
  • Deliver induction, systems training, and emergency response protocol training for new staff and provide refresher training for existing staff.
  • Update and maintain Telecommunication procedures and operational documentation relevant to the Switchboard.
  • Provide general administration support to the team, including data gathering, HR forms and preparing documentation, reports and presentations to support team operations and performance monitoring.

Remuneration based pro rata on equivalent full time value up to $117,603 p.a., comprising salary rates: $47.18 - $51.98 p.h. employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO4) (Fixed term temporary part position, 38 hrs p.f. for 6 months).
