Your new role:
In this senior clinical position, you will provide leadership, coordination and expert nursing practice within the MH CALL Tele-Triage service, ensuring safe, high-quality, and consumer-focused care.
- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary tele-triage team, driving service efficiency and patient outcomes
- Provide advanced clinical assessment, decision-making and coordination of mental health care
- Oversee workforce planning, resource management, and service delivery within budget parameters
- Champion quality improvement, clinical governance, and evidence-based practice across the service
About you:
You are an experienced and confident mental health nurse who thrives in a leadership role and is passionate about delivering person-centred care.
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration and strong mental health clinical expertise.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage resources, and influence service delivery outcomes.
- Advanced critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in complex environments.
- Strong commitment to quality improvement, education, and evidence-based practice.
