About the role:

Step into a fun, fast-paced recruitment support role where your knowledge and organisational skills keep things moving behind the scenes. You'll play a significant part in helping the health service run smoothly - supporting end-to-end recruitment processes, from preparing advertisements and candidate correspondence to coordinating documentation and letters of offer.

You'll become a go-to source of recruitment know-how, providing professional advice, responding to enquiries, and guiding stakeholders through vacancy processing. Working with data, reporting and recruitment systems, you'll help ensure processes stay accurate, efficient and compliant.

About you:

How do you succeed in this role? Simple. You will be ready to hit the ground running and have the ability to quickly learn recruitment, legislation, policies and best practice selection processes.

Being tech-savvy, organised, and confident using computer systems will help you quickly navigate recruitment tools and keep processes running smoothly. Your understanding of recruitment practices and comfort working toward KPIs means you'll stay focused, efficient, and results-driven.

Combined with initiative, a strong work ethic, and a collaborative mindset, you'll be well positioned to exceed in the role.

  • While there are no mandatory qualifications for this position, a relevant qualification would be considered highly desirable.

What we offer:

Total monthly remuneration value of up to $8,382 p.m. is comprised of:

  • An hourly rate between $39.98 - $44.46 p.h.
  • 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
  • 17.5% leave loading
