We're excited to welcome a Senior Advisor - Change and Analysis to our Digital Health and Clinical Information Services (DH&CIS) team.

The Senior Advisor - Change and Analysis will provide expertise in project management and business analysis relating to DH&CIS led initiatives and changes, ieMR upgrades, data requirements collation and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Manage business and technology change activities, including business change management, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
• Provide subject matter expertise in project and change management and provide change management and project governance advice across a range of DH&CIS led upgrades and/or initiatives.
• Manage, identify, develop and plan business change management deliverables and resources required to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of IM/ICT upgrades/project(s).
• Lead business process modelling and business requirement gathering activities to deliver the collation and analysis of ‘As-Is' and ‘To-Be' business process models ensuring traceability of requirements.

Remuneration value up to $152,772 p.a., comprising salary between $125,002 - $133,898 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO6).
